Since our products are perishable, all our cookie sales are final. We are unable to restock a perishable product. We process your G.Free order to reach its destination fresh and in a timely manner. G.Free Bake Shop will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that it might be damaged or spoiled during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if an incorrect address is given, when extreme weather conditions create a shipping delay, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day specified due to unforeseen shipping and/or other external issues. Please take a picture of the damaged cookies or package and send to our email address intheoven@gfreebakeshop.com. In the event a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be credited to the originating credit card only, minus a nonrefundable $7.50 delivery fee. Please contact G.Free Bake Shop at 1-720-862-8410 during normal business hours (9am-5pm MST) to discuss a refund issue or this policy. |
